  • Vlad Peligrad is a distinguished litigator, arbitrator and a legal expert with a focus on construction & infrastructure, corporate and M&A, financing, restructuring and insolvency.
  • With a PhD in law, he acted as leading litigator in various complex domestic and international litigation cases and arbitration cases in front of LCIA, ICC, VIAC, CICA, BIAC and he is listed as arbitrator with CICA, BIAC and VIAC.
  • Vlad has acted as legal counsel for numerous transactions, coordinating extensive due diligence processes, negotiating transaction documents, in various M&A transactions, financing projects and corporate restructurings.
  • He has vast expertise in drafting and negotiating FIDIC contracts, as well as in disputes related to such contracts (both as lawyer and arbitrator).
  • Vlad was an assistant professor at the Law School of the University of Bucharest for 13 years teaching corporate law and commercial contracts.
